Joy's massages are intuitive, yet rooted in a deep knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. She takes the time to educate her clients about their sessions because her main goal is for her clients to emerge feeling empowered, relaxed, and balanced.

Jenny

Jenny is an exceptional licensed massage therapist who integrates her spa training for relaxation and her technical training for effective therapy. She creates a safe and nurturing environment so that your mind and body can relax, repair, and rejuvenate.

Jenny’s intuitive bodywork technique employs a mix of conventional modalities, like Swedish and deep tissue, combined with specialized methods, such as connective tissue release, trigger point therapy, Shiatsu, Thai, craniosacral, polarity, and Aruvedic practices. This allows each customized session to concentrate on anything from deep relaxation to acute injuries or chronic pain.

Jenny understands that her client's bodies and minds are changing every day and every session reflects that. Specific, thoughtful techniques applied with her client’s comfort and session goals in mind is what creates a successful outcome. She aims to leave her clients with a feeling of completeness and newness that makes 60 minutes or 90 minutes feel like a week of rest.
