James "Sai"

A highly experienced, licensed massage therapist who provides the highest quality of bodywork to his clients, Sai uses a customized approach to wellness that bridges the gap between Western Medicine and holistic healing. He combines a variety of techniques from Eastern-Asian and Western-European practices to address the overall condition of personal wellness and correct the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction in the body. He studied at CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu School and Clinic and obtained his Associates Degree in East-West Bodywork. He is also the founder of Musical Cares Massage Therapy.

Joy

A client-focused, licensed massage therapist with nearly a decade of experience at renowned day spas and luxury hotels, Joy is highly proficient in multiple massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal. She cultivates treatments based on clients' needs and preferences, personalizing her therapies to enhance individual rejuvenation, renewal, and healing. Joy loves the challenge of working with those who experience chronic pain, specifically in the shoulders, neck, and hips, and those who suffer from headaches, migraines, and sciatica.

Merecedes

Mercedes is a confident licensed massage therapist, specializing in Structural Integration and connective tissue massage, with a strong focus on the body’s fascial system. Trained at the Institute of Structural Integration and Saint Paul College, she blends structural work with Swedish, deep tissue and trigger point techniques to help clients find greater ease, balance and freedom in their bodies.
