What to expect

A simple session in a private room.

You shower, step into warm salt water, choose your preferred lighting and audio settings, and rest privately. Our team is available before and after your session for general guest support.

  • Suites nine feet long, seven high and six wide — you can stand up inside one
  • Glass doors, so the room never seals you in
  • Over 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt in purified water, held at 93.5–95°F
  • Lighting and audio you control from inside, with more than eight colours
  • UV, ozone and hydrogen peroxide sanitation, and a full reset between guests

Why people float

Most guests come for one of four reasons.

Floating is a wellness service rather than medical treatment, and it may help with some of these more than others. What it reliably gives you is an hour with nothing asked of you. Results vary, and if you have a health condition or are pregnant, talk with your healthcare provider first.

  • Everyday stress, and the noise that comes with it
  • Muscle tension after training or a long week
  • Winding down before sleep
  • An hour of genuine quiet with no screen in it
